I. AFVET is in the business of Specialty Chemicals used in different Industries. The products sold by AFVET are purely bulk globally procured, tailored products, and supply, traded /exported to customers based on the Purchaser/Trader/User’s need and demand, and considering their requirement and budget. All terms and conditions of the trade are detailed on the official website of the company at www.afvet.info, and the customer/trader/user trading with AFVET hereby binds himself/herself/themselves/itself to all terms and conditions of the company by placing reliance on the email/trade with AFVET.
II. The amount paid to AFVET is non-refundable, and since the products are tailor-made, as per the company’s policy, once sold and supplied goods will not be replaceable or returnable in any circumstances, and hence no request from the Purchaser/Trader/User shall be accepted by AFVET for whatsoever reasons. This information relates only to the specific material/products designated and may not be valid for such material used in combination with any other materials and/or in any other process and hence AFVET does not take responsibility of the third party/end user of the product in case of any miscommunication and/or negligence by Trader/Third Party who might sell AFVET’s goods in the market. The Company does not deal in generic products. All products are sold only as premixes or blends, and accordingly are supplied under tax-exempt conditions or a specific customer requirement will put a taxable code. None of the Company’s products are pharmaceutical products and/or intended for human consumption. The products may also need a reagent for assay analysis.
III. Our products are formulated using specific chemistry to achieve targeted assays and characteristics comparable to market products, offering a cost-effective and value-for-money solution. These products can be evaluated only through a specific Method of Analysis (MOA). Afvet products not evaluated/tested by an HPLC or any other test protocol, its strictly for use. Specific MOA shared at the beginning of communication regarding the purchase of material.
IV. The COA and MOA of the AFVET are available on the official website of the company, and the customer/trader/user shall go through the same before entering into any transaction with AFVET. AFVET advises and recommends to the public at large that the product/material should be partially replaced at the beginning instead of totally replacing the regular/general products with the product/s. The information is to be the best of the company’s knowledge and believed to be accurate and reliable as of the date indicated. However, no representation, warranty, or guarantee of any kind, express or implied, is made herein as to its accuracy, reliability, or completeness and we assume or accept no responsibility for any loss, damage or expense, direct or consequential, arising out of use. The product may not be what is written as they are tailor made based on Purchaser/Trader/User’s’ needs of physical appearance, chemical performance and prices needed by the client.
V. AFVET shall not be held responsible for any kind of misrepresentation and/or further trade being done by user/customer/traders/end user under any circumstances. AFVET supplies products which are tailored made to suit Purchaser/Trader/User requirement in terms of physical, chemical nature and price as acceptance of their quality & price standards. Hence, trader /retailors may be cautioned when they purchase goods from AFVET and sold further in market that they shall be duty bound to disclose all MOA, COA and other important terms and conditions of the product purchased from AFVET.
VI. AFVET shall not be held responsible for any kind of misrepresentation and/or further trade being done by user/customer/traders/end user under any circumstances. AFVET supplies products which are tailored made to suit Purchaser/Trader/User requirement in terms of physical, chemical nature and price as acceptance of their quality & price standards. Hence, trader /retailors may be cautioned when they purchase goods from AFVET and sold further in market that they shall be duty bound to disclose all MOA, COA and other important terms and conditions of the product purchased from AFVET.
VII. Any trade with AFVET shall be deemed to be subject to jurisdiction at Kanpur, U.P., India and any proceedings including arbitration proceedings arising out of any future dispute/issue shall be held by Sole Arbitrator, to be appointed by AFVET and such proceedings shall be held at Kanpur, U.P. and/or at Mumbai, Maharashtra, at sole discretion of AFVET and the Purchaser/Trader/person purchasing hereby agrees to the same and no other place shall have jurisdiction, except mentioned herein shall have jurisdiction to any future dispute.
VIII. By proceedings further, the user/customer/traders/end user agrees to the terms and conditions mentioned herein and also acknowledges the representation of AFVET and by placing on reliance of present email, the user/customer/traders are binding by the basic terms and conditions & policy of AFVET and shall not be dispute the same in future before any Authority/Court.
The performance of the company’s products may not have been evaluated by any institution. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, provide nutritional value, or offer value addition in any form.
